Directional tyres
The directional tyres should be mounted in a manner that the rotation direction, indicated with an arrow, to coincide with the driving direction of the vehicle (front).
Asymmetrical tyres
The asymmetrical tyres should be mounted with the correct side inside, respectfully outside, towards the vehicle side. In this case, the inner sidewall of the tyre is identified with the words “Side Facing Inward”.
When standard (no rotation direction indicated) tyres are replaced with directional or asymmetric tyres, it is strongly recommended all tyres of the vehicle to be replaced with tyres from one and the same model, in compliance with the sidewall directions.
If a spare tyre is needed, it is possible to replace any of the tyres with an ordinary one for a short while, if it gets replaced as quick as possible with the right one later. In such situation it is recommended to reduce speed, especially in rain or snow, to replace with suitable tyre as soon as possible.
